Processing Time:
- Order Handling: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may extend during holidays or periods of high demand.
Shipping Rates and Offers:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. This applies only to standard shipping methods. Expedited or priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Service Area: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or ship to U.S. territories.
- Address Limitations: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or third-party logistics providers for forwarding services. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
- Shipping Insurance: To safeguard your order against loss, damage, or delays during transit, we offer optional shipping insurance for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for opting into this insurance at the time of purchase. If insurance is not selected, Wellness Peptides is not liable for any package losses or damages incurred during transit, including packages marked as delivered but not received. Delayed shipments due to carrier errors are also beyond our responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
- Customer Responsibility: It is imperative to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Wellness Peptides is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
