At Wellness Peptides, we uphold a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy to ensure the integrity and safety of our products. However, in the rare event of a shipping error on our part, we offer limited exceptions as outlined below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you may return it. The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: If a return is authorized due to our shipping error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the incorrect item back to us.
  • Replacement Shipping: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, Wellness Peptides will cover the cost of shipping the correct item to you. If you opt for expedited shipping, any additional costs will be your responsibility.

Shipping Error Verification:

  • Reporting Timeline: All claims of incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Required Documentation: To initiate a return, provide photographic evidence of the incorrect item and the original packaging.

Final Sale and Exceptions:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as final sale, discounted items, or those purchased with coupon codes are not eligible for return or replacement, even in cases of shipping errors.
  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: Returns based on personal dissatisfaction with product performance or packaging aesthetics are not accepted.

Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks:

  • Resolution Process: We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the order date. Disputes raised after this period will be considered invalid.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in forfeiture of future purchasing privileges. We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to dispute chargebacks, including proof of delivery and order confirmation.
